Itinerary

11 Days - Luxor / Cairo

Your tour guide will meet and assist you upon your arrival at Cairo International Airport (arrival procedures), and then he will escort you to the hotel by an air-conditioned deluxe vehicle. Arrive at the hotel for a smooth check-in.

Welcome Drink

Enjoy breakfast before checking-out from your hotel, then transfer to Cairo Airport for your flight to Luxor where you will be met and transferred by an air-conditioned vehicle to board your Egypt Nile cruise. Embark the cruise in Luxor and enjoy music at the bar.

Set out from your cruise at 7:00 in the morning to enjoy a day tour in Luxor. Start by visiting the West Bank of Luxor to see Valley of the Kings and Temple of Queen Hatshepsut. Then at 14:00 move to the East bank of Luxor to visit the famous Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple. Back to the Nile cruise where you will enjoy a Belly Dancer onboard.

Enjoy your breakfast onboard and sail from Luxor to Qena to enjoy a visit to Dendara Temple. Return to your cruise in Qena and enjoy contest party onboard.

Also, visit the Great Palace of King Akhenaten, the Small and Great Temples of Aten. Later, you will have a visit to Tuna El Gebel and Ashmunein. Back to the cruise and enjoy Folkloric Show onboard.

Enjoy your breakfast and then you will leave your cruise to visit 4 tombs at Beni Hassan. It will take half an hour to drive from Minya dock to visit Tomb of Baqet III (BH15), Tomb of Khety (BH17), Tomb of Amenemhet (BH2), Tomb of Khnumhotep II (BH3). Return to your Nile cruise to sail to Beni Suif while enjoying Galabya Party onboard. Arrive at Beni Suif.

The prices are in US dollars per person for each trip and remain valid until April 30, 2026. Please inquire about prices during the Christmas, New Year’s, and Easter holidays.

Age from 2 and below 6 years: 25% of adult price

Age from 6 up to 11 years: 50% of adult price

Ages 12 and Up: adult price.

 

Notes: 

Children's policy is applied to children who share rooms with their parents. If your tour package includes airfare then extra charges for your children may apply.

To secure your spot, a 25% down payment is required for most tours, covering hotels, cruises, domestic flights, and other services. For luxury and unique travel, a 50% deposit is needed. You can pay the remaining balance up to two days before your arrival or with cash upon arrival directly to your tour manager. This provides a flexible and convenient booking process.

If you need to cancel your trip, the following fees will apply:

 

  • More than 60 days before your departure date: 15% of the total tour cost
  • Between 31 and 60 days before departure: 35% of the total tour cost
  • Between 15 and 30 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost
  • Less than 14 days before departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be non-refundable.


please note that airlines may have their own cancellation fees, which are determined by their specific policies. Any refunds will also be subject to a 5% bank processing fee. For special itineraries or group bookings, the cancellation terms may vary.
